Stage 2 Pattern
This exam has two parts:
1. Professional dilemmas; 58 questions in 110 minutes This section also has two parts. Roughly, half of the questions will be Ranking Questions and half of them will be MCQs. Ranking Questions Candidates are asked to judge and rank the appropriateness of four or five independent actions. An example is attached below: Multiple Choice Questions Candidates are asked to select three most appropriate actions to be done in combination out of a total of 8 plausible actions.
