Personal Affidavit

I, Naseer ***** ****, s/o ***** ***** ****, holder of CNIC no *****-*******-*, resident of House number **, Karachi, Pakistan, do hereby declare solemn affirmation as under:

  1. That I am a fully qualified doctor, working at *** Institute.
  2. That my monthly income from *** Institute is **,*** PKR.
  3. That I have ***,*** PKR in my *** account, bearing account number **** **** ****.
  4. That these funds are in my exclusive control.
  5. That I will not be a burden on public funds on the Government of the United Kingdom.
  6. That I will obey all the rules and regulations of the Government of the United Kingdom.
  7. That I will return to Pakistan at the end of my visit.
  8. That I am genuinely seeking entry into the United Kingdom to appear in PLAB Part 2 examination.
  9. That I have enough funds to finance my trip to the United Kingdom.



Verified on oath at Karachi District Central Office on 04/October/2016 that contents of the above affidavit are correct and true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

    i have a question concerning the Affidavit, Only my father will sign it or i should too? and will there be a third party signing it? and how i can confirm that this is his signature?


    1. Your father and a lawyer/advocate or gov official will sign it.

      Your father’s ID card will also have his signature. So that’ll confirm the fact that it’s his own signature.

      You can sign your own affidavit.
